SYNOPSIS (ENGLISH)
Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn) is an orphan who had dropped out of school after his 4th grade. Now he is a contended successful businessman running a cable TV service called Mirage Cable in Goa. He is married to Nandini (Shriya Saran) and they have two daughters, Anju, his adopted daughter (Ishita Dutta), a plus two students, and Annu, a student of class sixth. His only interest apart from his family is watching films. He spends most of his time in front of the TV in his small office.

SINOPSIS (MALAY)
Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn) adalah anak yatim piatu yang putus sekolah selepas darjah 4. Sekarang dia adalah ahli perniagaan yang berjaya yang menjalankan perkhidmatan TV kabel bernama Mirage Cable di Goa. Dia berkahwin dengan Nandini (Shriya Saran) dan mereka mempunyai dua anak perempuan, Anju, anak angkatnya (Ishita Dutta), seorang pelajar ditambah dua, dan Annu, seorang pelajar kelas enam. Satu-satunya minatnya selain keluarganya ialah menonton filem. Dia menghabiskan sebahagian besar waktunya di depan TV di pejabat kecilnya.

SYNOPSIS (ENGLISH)
Thambi is a Tamil action thriller movie directed by Jeethu Joseph. The movie stars Karthi, Jyothika in the lead roles, while Sathyaraj, Nikhila Vimal and Ilavarasu feature in supporting roles. The movie story was written by Rensild’silva, Sameer Arora and screenplay by Jeethu Joseph with the story writers. The cinematography was done by R D Rajasekar and edited by Vinayak. The soundtrack of the film was composed by Govind Vasantha.

Story In Detail
Parvathy (Jyothika), the elder daughter of a politician named Gnanamurthy, is still reeling under the grief of being estranged from her brother Saravanan, who went missing 15 years ago. However, one fine day, Gnanamoorthy gets to know about a youngster named Vicky, who claims to be his long-lost son....
